1. General Refund Principles
We are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined in this policy.
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of your refund request relative to the workshop or course start date.
1.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- Completed workshops or courses
- Gift certificates and promotional credits
- Administrative or processing fees
- Third-party materials or ingredients shipped to you
2. Workshop and Course Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Period
You may request a full refund if:
- Your request is submitted more than 14 days before the workshop or course start date
- You have not accessed more than 10% of the course materials or content
- Technical issues prevented access and could not be resolved within 48 hours
2.2 Partial Refund Period
A partial refund of 50% may be issued if:
- Your request is submitted between 7 and 14 days before the workshop start date
- You have accessed between 10% and 25% of the course materials
2.3 No Refund Period
No refunds will be issued if:
- Your request is submitted less than 7 days before the workshop start date
- You have accessed more than 25% of the course materials
- The workshop or course has already commenced
- You have completed the workshop or course
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase
- You have not accessed the subscription benefits extensively
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
4. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
4.1 Platform Technical Failures
If our platform experiences technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your purchased content:
- Report the issue to our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If unresolved, you may be eligible for a full refund or credit
4.2 Instructor Cancellations
If a workshop is cancelled by the instructor or Norvulap:
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- Alternatively, you may opt for full credit toward another workshop
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Include your order number and purchase details
- Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the applicable timeframe
5.2 Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund approval: within 5 business days of request
- Processing to original payment method: 7-10 business days
- Appearance in your account: depends on your financial institution, typically 3-5 business days
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you cannot attend a workshop due to medical emergencies or other serious situations:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Provide relevant documentation if requested
- We will review your case individually and may offer a refund, credit, or transfer to a future workshop
6.2 Unsatisfactory Content
If you believe the workshop content does not match the description provided:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the workshop start
- Provide specific details about the discrepancy
- We will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund if the claim is substantiated
7. Transfers and Credits
7.1 Workshop Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different workshop or course date if:
- The request is made at least 7 days before the original workshop date
- An equivalent or similar workshop is available
- You pay any price difference if applicable
7.2 Account Credits
We may offer account credits as an alternative to refunds. Credits:
- Can be used for any future Norvulap workshop or service
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution:
- Your access to Norvulap services may be immediately suspended
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues
- Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account termination
- You may be liable for any costs incurred in defending against invalid disputes
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
